The Garden: Journey to Your Inner Paradise

Unlock Your Inner Paradise, Discover Your Creative Potential, and Live a Life of Purpose and Fulfillment

Hello, I am Vanessa Sage, and I meet you as you are with love and delight in my heart.

My mother taught me to see gardens as cathedrals, and this offering came through me as I spent time immersed in her garden. I come from a long line of artists, musicians, writers, gardeners and creatives. More than anything, this ancestral line of creativity is my lineage. I offer this experience to you as a blessing as it was given to me. It comes from the surest part of me and is offered to the surest part of you.

I welcome you to this three-month online mentorship program, where you’ll embark on a profound journey of self-discovery and creative reawakening.

Throughout this experience, you will unveil your true self through a carefully curated blend of structured modules, mindfulness practices, inspiring discussions, immersive nature-based activities, and creative exercises.

Join me as we courageously overcome the obstacles that may have held you back from authentically expressing yourself, sharing your unique gifts, and amplifying your voice in the world.

Let’s rekindle your creativity as a source of creation, clarify your purpose, and cultivate a deep sense of awe and wonder that will sustain you even in the most challenging times.

Throughout this program, I support you to live a life of meaning, fulfillment, and harmony. We’ll nurture your imagination, build supportive structures, take authentic action, and together, we’ll engage in creative exchanges, all in the company of seekers, creatives, and lifelong learners.

Your Very Presence is the Contribution

HOW WOULD YOU EXPRESS THE CORE OF YOUR BEING IF YOU KNEW YOU WERE TRULY HELD IN THIS WORLD?

THE PARADISE GARDEN

Enter a Sanctuary of Creativity & Wonder

For this seasonal offering, I am inspired by Paradise Gardens, such as the Alhambra of Granada, the Agdal of Marrakesh, and the Persian Isfahan, and their distinctive features: a surrounding wall or border, four quadrants representing the elements and seasons, a central water feature offering a mirror to the soul, and the presence of symbolic rivers of milk, honey, water, and wine.

The Paradise Garden invites you into an oasis to experience all your senses, feel at peace, and be more connected to the earth and yourself.

AS A GARDEN ASKS FOR CULTIVATION, PLANTING, AND NURTURING TO THRIVE, SO DOES YOUR INNER SELF:

  • One: Cultivate

In our first month, you’ll step into the sacred borders of the Paradise Garden, exploring its elemental quadrants to awaken your creativity, breathe life into your dreams, and unearth inner obstacles to deepen your connection to your true self.

  • Two: Plant

In our second month, you’ll journey alongside the rivers of milk, honey, water, and wine, engaging your senses to define your unique life purpose, walk a purposeful path, and develop sustaining creative rituals.

  • Three: Nurture

In our final month, you’ll reach the heart of the Paradise Garden—a source of profound wisdom and a fountain mirroring your soul. Here, you’ll sustain your awe and wonder, keep your creative fires burning, and develop resilience as you witness your transformation take root and flourish.

Absolutely! This program is designed for everyone, regardless of whether you identify as an artist. Creativity is a fundamental aspect of being human, and it extends far beyond traditional artistic endeavours. There are no “art” lessons in this program.

In The Garden program, we explore creativity in its broadest sense. It’s about tapping into your innate creative potential to express yourself authentically, whether that’s through art, writing, cooking, gardening, problem-solving, or any other form of self-expression.

This program is not about turning you into an artist; it’s about helping you reconnect with your creativity, discover your unique voice, and infuse more wonder and purpose into your life. We welcome individuals from all walks of life who are seeking a deeper connection to themselves and their creativity.

Absolutely! While this program draws inspiration from garden themes, it’s not about gardening in the traditional sense. You don’t need any gardening experience to benefit from this program.

The garden serves as a metaphor and a source of inspiration for exploring creativity, purpose, and fulfillment. We use garden-related themes and activities to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and creative reawakening.

Whether you have a green thumb or have never planted a seed in your life, you’ll find that the program’s content and activities are accessible and meaningful for everyone. It’s about nurturing the garden within yourself—the fertile ground where your creativity, purpose, and inner wisdom can flourish.

Our program is designed to embrace diverse beliefs, values, and spiritual backgrounds. We welcome individuals from all walks of life and encourage an open-minded and inclusive atmosphere.

Our Approach:

  • Our program focuses on self-discovery, creativity, purpose, and fulfillment, and it does not adhere to any specific dogma or belief system.
  • We honour and respect the unique spiritual and philosophical perspectives of each participant.

Common Ground:

  • While our program does not promote any particular spiritual or religious doctrine, it encourages participants to explore their own beliefs and connect with their inner selves.
  • We believe that the journey to self-discovery transcends any single set of beliefs, and we provide a supportive and nurturing space for individuals to explore their own spirituality and values.

In essence, our program is about personal growth, creativity, and self-expression, and we embrace participants from all belief systems and spiritual backgrounds as they embark on this transformative journey.

No specific prerequisites are required. The program is designed to accommodate individuals at various stages of their personal and creative journeys.

Each month includes three teaching calls that delve into the month’s theme. You’ll engage in discussions, reflective exercises, and creative activities designed to foster authentic creativity, purpose, and a sense of wonder. These calls are an opportunity for deep exploration and self-expression.

Three other monthly calls are offered: a mindfulness practice and instruction call, a small group mentorship call, and a casual creative garden party call.

Your access to program materials extends beyond the program’s duration. You will enjoy lifetime access to the three structured modules, mindfulness practices, immersive nature-based activities, and creative exercises. These resources are available to revisit and engage with at your own pace, even after the program concludes.

However, please note that small group sessions and tea parties, which are intimate and unrecorded gatherings, will not be accessible after their respective sessions. These sessions are designed for live, interactive participation to provide you with a personal and unique experience that cannot be replicated through recordings.

Rest assured, the program materials you receive are yours to cherish and refer back to whenever you wish, allowing you to continue your journey of self-discovery and creative reawakening at your convenience.

Our program is designed to be flexible and accommodating to participants with various schedules and commitments. Here’s an overview of the time commitment:

  • Teaching Calls: We hold nine immersive teaching calls, each lasting approximately 75-105 minutes, typically on Sundays at 1:00 pm Eastern. These calls are a core part of the program and offer an in-depth exploration of each month’s theme.
  • Mindfulness Practices: There are three instructional mindfulness practice sessions, each lasting 45 minutes. These sessions are also recorded for your convenience.
  • Small Group Mentorship Sessions: You can schedule three confidential 60-minute group mentorship sessions throughout the program. These sessions provide valuable feedback and support.

It’s important to note that our program values self-discovery and personal growth, and we encourage participants to engage with the content and activities at their own pace. While we offer a structured schedule, we understand that life commitments vary, and our program is designed to be adaptable to your needs.
