Diversity & Inclusion Statement + Disclaimer

We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming space for people of all ages, cultures, races, ethnicities, abilities, sexual orientations, gender identities and socioeconomic backgrounds. We are body positive and inclusive of those living with physical disabilities, neurodiversity, mental illness, and those in recovery.

We offer spiritual sanctuary to all regardless of religious or political affiliation while upholding the values of non-violence, inclusivity and kindness.

Disclaimer: This work is spiritual and intuitive in nature. We do not promise any cure and our work is not intended to be a replacement for licensed medical care or prescribed therapies. Please follow the advice of your doctors and counsellors for all medical treatments, prescribed remedies and for any and all mental health, physical health and emotional health problems.

Although we try to be as inclusive as possible, please be aware that the work we do is not designed to treat or diagnose any psychological disorders. We understand the nature of mental health issues are extremely complex and can affect people in varying degrees. Our work may not be suitable for those suffering from acute mental illness, severe depression or trauma, or those having suicidal episodes. Please consult with your medical practitioner before enrolling in our programs or mentoring if you are suffering from an acute mental disorder.

Furthermore, we are a community comprised of many on a recovery path. If you are in active addiction you are welcome, however, all calls must be attended soberly and all communication with us and the community in our online groups must be done while sober (i.e. not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol on the day of the calls or community engagement). There will also be no discussion about active addiction on our calls or in the community spaces.
