Not only do I get it (I, too, have been all turned around, lost, bone-tired, and burned out), but I’m also a cultural anthropologist with a PhD from McMaster University and training in multiple coaching modalities.

My approach is culturally sensitive with an emphasis on positive psychology, somatic techniques, mindfulness practices, and holistic life success.

I’m here to help you navigate lasting change, listen to yourself, and take care of your nervous system in the process.

  • As a queer, disabled, body-positive, intersectional feminist and spiritual practitioner, I am committed to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion.

    My north star is to embody and express the ecstatic nature of life because I haven’t always felt hopeful or alive. I know what it’s like to walk alongside anxiety, depression, and complex trauma.
