I feel like I’ve lived a year in a week. So much has come to the surface for me and I feel clearer and stronger than I have in a year.

As I write this, I remember Angelas Arrien saying:

When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing? When did you stop being enchanted by stories? When did you stop finding comfort in the sweet territory of silence?

Where we have stopped dancing, singing, being enchanted by stories, or finding comfort in silence is where we have experienced the loss of soul. Dancing, singing, storytelling, and silence are the four universal healing salves.

I can see now that, in many important ways, I stopped dancing, singing, storytelling and seeking silence last summer. No more.

This priestess is going to dance with abandon, chant old songs as she drums, be enchanted with the world once again, and care for her soul without apology!
