Showing Up Sensitive

Gentle guidance & practical tools for Highly Sensitives focused on how to show-up & been seen in a way that feels good & natural.

Key points and key learnings:

+ Learn gentle techniques to help you “be seen” that won’t trigger overwhelm and send you (back) into hiding.
+ Discover your unique mode of expression to help you “show up” and share your voice, care and wisdom with increased confidence and more ease.
+ Explore the power of self-compassion to break through resistance and stuckness.

Walking With Ahimsa

Walking with Ahimsa is the name I gave to my personal exploration and experience of inviting the practice of Ahimsa into my daily life over the last 9 months. I will share about what Ahimsa is and what I’ve learned, the challenges and the resulting changes I have made, and am still making, as a result of my intention.

Participants will explore the concept of Ahimsa using a tool that will help them identify areas in their life in which they are already practicing this guiding principle and areas that could benefit from more awareness.

The tool will give participants a personal way to incorporate this practice into their priestessing in meaningful and sustainable ways, especially in ways pertaining to self-compassion.

Key points and key learnings:

+ Develop a personal understanding of the concept of Ahimsa or non-harming
+ Deepen your awareness of the areas Ahimsa is present and/or absent in your life
+ Discover meaningful ways to introduce and sustain a regular awareness and practice of Ahimsa
+ Connect the concept of Ahimsa to your personal priestess purpose and path

You Are the Medicine

How can we become the medicine we already are? How can we meet the tenderness that arises when we turn towards it? How can we embody our inherent medicine in ways that are healthy and healing?

Together, we’ll explore the many possible answers to these questions. We’ll journey with softness and wise-hearted vision towards the center of our medicine so that we become the recipients and the senders of its healing powers. We’ll turn our gaze towards resistance and unworthiness that we might encounter in this process and carve a path of loving devotion to ourselves into the future.

Key points and key learnings:

+ what it means to become the medicine we already are
+ becoming a portal for our own medicine
+ meeting shame, resistance, and unworthiness with compassion
+ becoming embodied devotion to our inherent medicine

Catalyst for Renewal

We’ll sit with ourselves, together, and begin by entering into our quiet place within… and gather some information to help us unearth, bring into our awareness what is coming up to be shed at this time. Our growth requires us to let that go and stretch fully into our new skin that has already been carefully prepared and is present.

Key learnings:

  • Trust your inner guidance
  • Know what is up for release
  • Bring it to the surface for acknowledgment
  • Creatively reshape our story
  • Welcome in the colours and design of our renewal

On completion: inner wise self message

Suggested Supplies:

  • An a3 piece of paper… (thickness depends on what medium you’ll use)
  • Water colour paper: if you want to add water spray or wet paints
  • Drawing paper of any kind: if you’ll use crayons and pencils (little/no water)
  • A pencil & eraser
  • A black permanent pen, medium to thick… whatever you have
  • Scissors
  • Your preferred colouring tools.. crayons, pencils, te ya’s.. ink, watercolour… paint… anything.. and if using a thicker paper then a combination of several materials is fun too.
  • Notepad/journal for any notes you wish to take.

The Gift, The Talent, & The Passion: A Creative Conversation with Your Priestess Soul

Every one of us has a gift that we are here to share with the world. In this session you will be asked to enter the portal of your priestessing power and sit beside your gift and listen, tenderly, to what it wants to tell you. Using the alchemical elements of fire, air, earth, and water, along with creative, visual journaling, we will use the power of questions, words, and breath to connect to the deepest, most authentic voice we have — our soul.

Suggested Supplies:

  • A journal (loose paper is also ok) and writing instruments (pencils and pens)
  • Something you can use to make circles — a plate, a compass, stencils, etc.
  • OPTIONAL — Watercolors, acrylic or tempera paints, markers, or anything you can use to add color to the page. The more fluid the better.
  • Open heart and mind

Regeneration Collage & Nature Assemblage

Enter the labyrinth of your own creative process by making a collage / assemblage that celebrates your own renewal and regeneration.

Before the day of our class, go on a Wild Wander in a natural place. Carry questions with you like: “What am I releasing like a snake shedding its skin? How am I changing and transforming? What new life wants to emerge in me after a long cold winter?

As you wander, gather small natural objects like twigs, sticks, pine cones, shells, stones, lichen … whatever catches your eye and is small enough to bring home in a
small bag.

During our session, we’ll create a collage / assemblage out of these found objects along with other supplies listed below.

Through the process of wandering and making, you may find the answers to your questions emerging within your heart.

Suggested Supplies:

  • Backing: 8×10” stretched canvas.
  • A photocopy or print (about 4×6 or smaller) of a favorite tarot card, oracle card, or other piece of art (or photo) that speaks to you of regeneration and renewal.
  • An assortment of decorative papers in a color scheme that goes well with the art you chose — colored tissue paper, origami paper, wrapping paper, scrapbook paper etc.
  • Natural items like twigs, sticks, stones, shells, feathers, pine cones, beach glass etc. An assortment of twigs and sticks a little longer than 10” will be a nice touch.
  • Ribbon, yarn, lace, etc.
  • Charms and/or repurposed jewelry, beads etc.
  • Darning needle and dental floss or waxed linen thread.
  • Matte medium or ModPodge and brush.
  • Glue gun and/or E6000 Adhesive (good for heavy items like stones).
  • Metallic finishes like InkaGold, Rub N Buff, Pearl Ex.
