Every breath a way to be connected to the web of life.

Every step a way to move with wonder and amazement.

A way to give life. To walk the beauty way.

Give thanks. Thank all that have come before. Your teachers, your guides, your ancestors, your loved ones, this living breathing earth.

Thank the ones you thought were your enemies and the ones you needed to not be near because it’s okay to let them go. They have all taught you something valuable.

Thank them and then come back home to you.
